Essay

Dissertation is devoted to the analysis of the international legal aspects of the security of the State of Palestine. The thesis points out that the receipt of the United Kingdom which is contrary to the Charter of the League of Nations. In particular, because in accordance with the Charter of the United Kingdom had to act in the interests of the Palestinian people, and not Jewish, who at that time for the most part stayed outside Palestine.
