The thesis is a theoretical-experimental research of the problem of future musical teacher preparation to cooperation with students within educational-learning process. The paper represents the essence of future musical art teacher preparation to cooperation with students, its peculiarities and structural components are highlighted. Pedagogical conditions of future musical teachers preparation to cooperation with students, which presuppose positive motivation to cooperation. The efficiency of the pedagogical conditions described are experimentally proved.
