Essay

The manuscript is devoted to solving the problems of the prevention of postoperative inflammatory complications in patients with "low" rectal tumors at all stages of surgical treatment, as well as the development of methodologies sfіnkterpreserves operations in these patients, significantly improves the quality of life. Work is applied character and devoted to the development and introduction of new methodological approaches to the surgical intervention and the individualization of treatment and prevention approaches in patients with "low" cancers of the rectum. For best results, the treatment of patients with rectal cancer should be used postoperative monitoring program using the developed algorithm of early diagnosis of septic postoperative complications, followed by a set of therapeutic interventions based on the developed approaches to the surgical approach for a particular complication. Comprehensive program of sequential preventive measures at all stages of treatment will significantly reduce the risk of septic postoperative complications even in complicated colorectal cancer and improve the immediate results of surgical treatment of rectal cancer by reducing the amount of purulent postoperative complications from 45.4% in patients with a comparison group to 34.4% in the study group and to achieve reduction in the number of bed-days in the postoperative period with 31,7 ± 16,8 to 19,5 ± 10,0, and the number of common bed-days 46,3 ± 25,5 to 36, 2 ± 15,5, respectively.
