Cherniavskyi I. Managing distribution channels of banking services in Ukraine

The dissertation research is devoted to the development of the methodical basis for implementing systemic approach to management of stationary and distance distribution channels of banking services in Ukraine. The peculiarities and evolution of main distribution channels of banking services development are generalized; the world and domestic experience in development and implementation of banks' distribution policy is systematized; the impact of development of management system of distribution channels' of banking services on bank financial stability and efficiency is formalized; the basis for forming development strategy of regional bank distribution network, model for estimating probability of customer visits to bank branch, methodical instruments for estimating efficiency of stationary distribution channels of banking services and its accounting in pricing of bank with extensive regional network are developed.
