The current status of preparation of educators of preschool educational establishments to use innovative technologies in professional activity in Ukraine and abroad has been clarified in the dissertation; the essence of innovative pedagogical technologies in the field of preschool education has been revealed; the definitions: "the innovative educational technologies in preschool education", "the training of the future educators to use innovative technologies in professional activity", "the readiness to use innovative technologies in professional activity", "the innovative competence of the educator of preschool educational establishments" have been concretized; the criteria, indicators and levels are personal readiness of the future educators of preschool educational establishments to use innovative technologies in professional activity have been clarified; functional model of training future educators to use innovative technologies in the educational process of preschool children has been worked; didactic and methodological support of this model to Ukraine's universities has been created.
