Essay

The thesis is intended to fundamentally conclude on the nature of creative economic development, to disclose creative and innovational motivation in management of multinational companies, to prove the need for institutional and corporate implementation of creative approaches in the up-to-day management. The thesis throws light upon the global dimensions of the present day economic development, characterizes the evolution of the concept of multinational companies' management, specifies conditions and factors to form the present-day paradigm of international management. The thesis analyses the creative component establishment process of the multinational companies' management, innovational and creative motivation of multinational companies, the efficiency of creative tools and solutions of the multinational companies' management. The thesis models the configuration of the creative sector of the global economy. By the example of IT-companies the research discloses prospects and priorities of the creative management in the present-day system of corporate values, proves the postindustrial need to implement the principles of creative management at micro- and macroeconomic levels.
