The dissertation is dedicated to researching the problem of personality transformation initiation in conditions of overcoming personality crisis states. Based on the multidimensionality of personality theories, a model of the transformation initiation has been built and the presence of four types of initiation have been found empirically. It is proven by examples of learning crises and personal autonomy crisis.
