The thesis fundamentally researches the problem of formation of professional qualities of future banking specialists in the process of professional training. The meaning of the term «professional qualities of banking specialists» is scientifically grounded. The classification of the professional qualities of banking specialists has been worked out. The indices and criteria of measurement of levels in formation of professional qualities of future banking specialists have been defined. The levels of formation of professional qualities of future banking specialists have been characterized. The pedagogical conditions of formation of professional qualities of future banking specialists which take into account the specifics of professional training in high schools have been defined and scientifically grounded. The model of formation of professional qualities of future banking specialists in the process of professional training has been worked out.
