Essay

The thesis contains the comprehensive analysis of the substantive and functional aspects of the humanization of higher education. It is justified that the current situation in the social and cultural, economic and other areas shows one-sidedness of the technogenic paradigm of the development and requires significant correction. The substantive parameters of personal-oriented education, the main goal and essence of which is harmonious development of person, are specified. It is proved that the humanitarian aspect of the education provides deepening of democracy at all levels of education.
