The research is devoted to the problem of the future air traffic controllers' self-perfection development in the process of professionally oriented disciplines studying as a part of the professional reliability. As a result of the research, conceptual grounds of organization of the future air traffic controllers' self-perfection development were carried out, the model of professional self-perfection was worked out and the pedagogical conditions were designated. In accordance with the purpose, tasks and methods of the present research, traditional and experimental methods of professionally oriented disciplines teaching were compared.
