The thesis is devoted to the problem of professional adaptation developing of future managers of commercial organizations during their studying at a higher educational establishment. The conducted research gave a rise to the conceptual grounding of the way a forming process of professional adaptation of future managers of commercial organizations is organized. Based on the research, the didactical model of professional adaptation was worked out and integrated into the studying process; educational conditions of its functioning were identified. The received results confirmed positive changes in the formed levels of professional adaptation of future managers of commercial organizations.
