The dissertation is devoted to theoretical generalization of the category of a dialogue in the format of a psychodynamic understanding of a dialogic interaction of a psychologist with the members of the group of active socially-psychological knowledge. Revealed the consonance of psychodynamic approach to the knowledge of the psyche with research for "the neoclassical psychology", which departs from the mechanical view of a human and approaches to synergetic cognition of the psyche in its integrity.Proved the effectiveness of the dialogic interaction as the basis of the in-depth correction process of active socially-psychological knowledge for the optimization and harmonization of personal potential of future psychologist.
