In dissertation the actual research task of perfection of process of mechanical dehydration of unflotation's size coal's mud is decided size on the basis of development of technology of vibrocompression of layer of material on the final stage of process and creation for it high-frequency screen with the different slopes areas of working surface. On the base of theoretical researches the physical model of process of dehydration of coal's mud is developed on a vibrocsreen, which contains the phenomena of transition of viscid suspensoids in visco-plastic and farther in visco-spring-plastic material due to accordingly concentration, concentrations and compressions, and mathematical model of vibrocompression of layer of material, on the final stage of process of dehydration, which takes into account him rheological properties. As a result of laboratory and industrial researches conformities to the law of transition of viscid coal suspensoids are set in visco-plastic and farther visco-spring-plastic material, on the basis of which the developed is improved technology of dehydration of unflotation's size coal's mud , and for its introduction a high-frequency csreen is created with the different slopes areas of working surface and technical solutions are offered in relation to modernization of existent high-frequency screen's. Introduction of the improved technology of dehydration of coal's mud is carried out on CPP "Oktyabr'ska" and CPP "Gukivska" with a general annual calculation economic effect 6,8 million uah
