Essay

The dissertation is devoted to a new solving of scientific problem of modern purulent surgery - improving of treatment results of patients with diabetic foot, through the use of surgical methods and non-surgical methods of correction.Found that for patients with purulent necrotic diabetic foot complications inherent microcirculatory disorders, severity of which depends on etiological factor and shape diabetic foot syndrome.It was found that prolonged blockade of sciatic nerve enables to conduct processing of lesion of infection, reduces severity of pain, helps to accelerate reparative processes in the wound and is an alternative to other methods of pain relief.The introduction into clinical practice of developed methods of treatments helped to keep support function of lower limb due to "small" amputations, reduces the number of "high" amputations from 14.9 % to 7.9 % ( 2 = 16.31, P <0.05), reduces postoperative mortality from 8.0 % to 4.7 % ( 2 = 6.69, P <0.05), and reduces the length of stay in hospital ((32,7 ± 1,6) to (21,7 ± 2,4) bed/nights) (t = 3,34; P <0.05).
