The thesis deals with the problem of forming the future Technology teachers' readiness for work on professional orientation in the conditions of interaction between schools and vocational schools. The model of forming the mentioned above readiness is worked out; the pedagogical conditions are grounded. Among them are: students' understanding the importance of school and vocational school teamwork on orienting students to working trades; identifying and using the professional training disciplines' potential in terms of forming the future Technology teachers' readiness for work on professional orientation in the conditions of interaction between schools and vocational schools; generalizing students' knowledge in the process of teaching discipline "Theory and methods of work on profession orientation" and preparing interdisciplinary projects; forming the students' readiness for implementing work on professional orientation in the conditions of interaction between schools and vocational schools during the pedagogical practice. The pedagogical conditions and methodics of forming the future Technology teachers' readiness for work on professional orientation in the conditions of interaction between schools and vocational schools are experimentally checked and their effectiveness is proved by the results of conducted experiment.
