The dissertation deals with the actual problem of future teachers-philologists' professional training to organizing extracurricular activities with gifted students. The state of investigating this problem in national and foreign scientific sources, legislative and normative documents is analyzed in the thesis. The essence and structure of the future teacher-philologist's readiness to organizing extracurricular activities with gifted students that includes such components as motivational, cognitive-operational, personality-creative and evaluative-reflective are grounded. The criteria, indicators and levels of formed readiness are characterized. The pedagogical conditions are determined, theoretically grounded and experimentally tested. They were implemented in three stages: motivational-informational, creative-operating and implementation-reflexive. The model of forming the future teachers-philologists' readiness to organizing extracurricular activities with gifted students is worked out. The effectiveness and success of implementing the pedagogical conditions of forming the future teachers-philologists' readiness to organizing extracurricular activities with gifted students are proved by the results of the conducted research.
