Shypelyk O. Justification of the choice of surgical treatment of hydronephrosis caused by UPJ obstruction.

The analysis of complex examination and treatment of 180 patients with hydronephrosis I - IV levels, which was according to the study protocol developed by us.Based on our research truly proved that applied, according to the algorithm, endoscopic methods of surgical treatment of hydronephrosis caused by UPJ obstruction, significantly improve the average diuretic ultrasonography (reducing the maximum area of the bowl, the percentage increase in cross areas pelvis, increasing the relative speed postfurosemid drainage). Established that parameters biomicroscopy of bulbar conjunctiva of the eye is lower and therefore the state of microcirculation after endopyelotomy, balloon dilatation, laser dissection and laparoscopic pyeloplasty, better and lower the risk of blood clots. Proved that the quality of life of operated patients, including physical activity, role functioning, mental health, activity in general and pain also differs significantly in favor of laparoscopic pyeloplasty and endoscopic pyeloplasty.
