Essay

This research is focused on the biochemical and immune mechanisms of destructtion of liver tissue in animals with multiple trauma and pathogenetic substantiation of effectiveness of inhibitor of proinflammatory cytokines production, inhibitor of inducible NO-synthase forms and antioxidants and their complex. It was found that at the pathogenesis of liver disease, in conditions of multiple injuries, an important role belongs to overproduction of nitric oxide and activation of oxidative processes, proinflammatory cytokines IL-1? and TNFin all periods of observation and significant decrease of antiinflammatory cytokine IL-10, humoral immunity changes, significant increase in plasma immunoglobulin classes M and G and circulating immune complexes. We have established the presence of a direct correlation between the content of TNF-?, NOx, MDA and the level of ALT, ALP. The close inverse relationship between the activity of catalase and SOD and studied markers of cytolysis in terms of modeled multiply traumatic injury was established. The use of a combination of «Pentoxifylline –1400W–Lipoflavon» in rats with multiple trauma reliably prevents the development of oxidative and nitrooxidative stress in the liver, reduces production of proinflammatory cytokines and effectively prevents the development of cytolytic and cholestatic syndromes in injured rats.
