Essay

Thesis deals with the problem of professional competence of officers of the Directorate of State Border during training. The essence of professional competence as an integrative professionally important characteristics officer. The criteria and indicators mentioned formation, described the level of development and the condition of professional competence of officers of the Directorate of State Border. Grounded and experimentally tested pedagogical conditions of development of this competency in officers during training. The study guidelines developed scientific and pedagogical structure for the development of professional competence of officers of the management bodies of the state border in the course of their training.
