Balahur L. The training of future border guard officers for the management of the main state border protection units.

This thesis is devoted to the researching problems of the training of the future border guard officers for the management of the main state border protection units. The essentiality of readiness for management of the state border guard units is professionally important personal capacity, which is based on the management qualities, knowledge and skills that allow to direct strength and capabilities for acomplishing missions of the border protection and to ensure proper moral and psychological state of the staff. Structure, criteria, indicators, level and state formation of the readiness of the future border guard officers were also determined. Pedagogical conditions of preparation of future border guard officers for the management of the border guard service units were grounded and checked experimentally. Systematic and comprehensive implementation of these pedagogical conditions is provided by described methods. According to the researching, methodological recommendations of preparation of the cadets for the managing of the border guard units were designed for scientific and teaching staff.
