The object of the study: sex-role sphere of the person at the women. The purpose of the work: to determine features of the women’s personality gender functioning on the basis of a deepening of theoretical representations about types of person sex-role organization. Methods: theoretical (analysis of the psychological literature), empirical (testing, inter-viewing) and mathematic-statistical. Scientific novelty: the personality traits, features of masculinity/femininity symptomcomplex, archetypal feminine space and identity at women depending on the sex-role personality structure is carried out; the space of of gender-role behavior and psychosemantic peculiarities of female attractiveness at women are considered; the gender socialization features of women with different types of sex-role personality organization are revealed. Practical importance: the program of psychological correction of sex-role structures that ensure the women’s personality gender functioning is developed. The effect of the introduction is high. The areas of use: higher education institutions, psychological services.
