Essay

The problem of developing the method and means for diagnostics dynamic misalignment, resource potential loss preventing and providing the trouble-free operation of stationary mining turbomachines (SMT): compressors, fans, pumps by adjustment in the processes of maintenance and repair (M&R) the influence and not exceeding acceptable limits of dynamic misalignment is solved. The dependences of SMT resource reduction on the most significant operational defects action, namely: changes in the installation settings and alignment conditions adjustment; changes under the influence of time and operating conditions of elastically-deformable characteristics of equipment supports; changes in the SMT dynamic equilibrium conditions, etc. are determined. The method of diagnostic determination of SMT dynamic misalignment based on the diagnostic identification signs of the rotor axis hodograph regeneration from the SMT operating defects has got a further development. The module of diagnostic monitoring and detection of SMT parts and assemblies technical condition under test and operation conditions by means of M&R regulations adjusting for prevention of SMT resource reduction from the operational defects influence on the mining industry enterprises is proposed, which has provided an economic effect of 232 651.3 UAH/year in terms of production testing.
