Essay

The psychological features of the stadium personnel and their activities in the specific conditions of mass sports events have been detected empirically on the basis of the experience of the European football championship "EURO-2012". The system and organizational and methodological basis of psychological support of mass sports events at the modern Ukrainian mega-stadiums have been substantiated. "The statute of psychological support of mass sports events at the large stadiums" has been developed, in which the main functions, types of activities, the structure and common organization of holding events of psychological support have been defined, as well as problems of psychological support during the organization of interaction and work with fans and fan-clubs, etc.
