Main positions of the thesis contains a comparative analysis of the intensity of free radical oxidation of lipids, activity against radical systems in correlation with morphological and biochemical indicators for acute nitrate toxicity in calves.The thesis is devoted to studying the impact of antidote chromosome collectively with antioxidants on bulls organism correcting antioxidant defense system for acute nitrite toxicity. The respondent found that sodium nitrate intoxication in bulls leads to inhibition of enzymatic and non enzymatic links of antioxidant defense system and also strengthening of lipid peroxidation processes. The use of standard antidote at poisoning with nitrites to correct chromosomal disorders caused by a certain extent slightly improved indicators of antioxidant defense of young cattle organism. Only the combined use along with standard antidote antioxidant preparations, namely Ursovit-ADEС and sodium selenite, gave a more defined positive effect on the balance in the complex «Antioxidant defense system – Lipid peroxidation».
