Protsenko I. Structural Changes in International Trade in Services Under Conditions of Globalization.

Dissertation is devoted to research of theoretical and applied problems of international trade in services in the formation of global competitiveness. The paper presents the author's approach to ranking countries based on integrated structural and quantitative assessment of exports and improved methods for evaluating the impact indicators of service sector countries, including exports of services, the macroeconomic indicators of development. The main factors of growing international market for services and identify areas affected by the factor are improved. The conceptual foundations of contemporary international services market are profound. The methodological principles of assessment of international and regional liberalization of services trade in the global economy, based on specific commitments of GATS and regional trade agreements, the international agreements on trade in services of the new order (The Trade in Services Agreement (TISA)). Conceptual bases of determining the prospects of Ukraine's integration to the international services market through the development of multilateral cooperation based on regulatory mechanisms of the WTO-GATS and the development of regional trade cooperation, particularly with developing countries are determined.
