The dissertation deals with the professional development of preschool teachers in the system of postgraduate education. The concept of pedagogical influence on the professional development of pre-school teachers has been substantiated; the features of organizational and pedagogical environment have been theoretically grounded, structural and functional model of preschool teachers' professionalism in the system of postgraduate education has been tested. Methodological recommendations on the development of professionalism for teachers, methodologists of Postgraduate Education Institutes, heads and preschool teachers have been worked out.
