Essay

The dissertation work focuses on substantiating and developing the technology for posture correction, aimed at improving the condition of the locomotor system in elite athletes specializing in sport dancing. There were determined the peculiarities of the morphofunctional status of athletes, which determine the focus of posture correction process, content of the procedures of therapeutic gymnastics, corrective exercise sessions, technique of massage, hydrokinesiotherapy with the elements of therapeutic swimming, elements of functional training and Pilates, that are aimed at improving the condition of the locomotor system in elite athletes.
