Essay

The object of study is the process of physical education of students with lesions of the musculoskeletal system. The purpose of research is to develop and validate a technique of improving motor skills and functional readiness of university students with lesions of the musculoskeletal system in the classroom in powerlifting. Methods of research are theoretical, empirical and statistical. The complex of anthropometrical, functional, psy musculoskeletal chophysiological characteristics and indicators of motor skills of students-powerlifters with musculoskeletal diseases with the training experience of 1 and 2 years are defined. Also the complex of their classmates' with similar characteristics who are not engaged in physical education, with the similar disease are defined. The presence of complex positive influence of regular powerlifting trainings on various systems of students' organism with musculoskeletal diseases is established. Parameters of positive changes of anthropometrical indicators, psychophysioligical properties of the higher nervous activity, functional and motor skills preparedness of the students of universities from the first to the fifth courses with musculoskeletal diseases with the influence of powerlifting trainings are revealed. The effective perfection technique of motor skills and functional preparedness of students of universities with musculoskeletal diseases for out-of-class employment by powerlifting from the first to the fifth courses is proved. Theusage of technique provides not only constant perfection of motor skills, but also the improvement of neurodynamical properties of the higher nervous activity.
