The thesis is devoted to the issue of training of physical culture future teachers to Olympic education of primary school children. The essence of the concepts "Olympic education", "Olympic education of primary school children", "training", "readiness", "readiness of future teachers of physical culture to Olympic education of primary school children" has been stated; based on study and analysis of scientific and educational literature, the structure of readiness of physical culture future teachers to Olympic education of primary school children, which is represented in the unity of motivational, cognitive, active and reflective components has been specified; pedagogical conditions that ensure the effectiveness of the formation of physical education future teachers to Olympic education of primary school children have been proved and tested.
