Modern trends of the EU economic strength intellectualization in the process of its technological development and expanding of free trade area, Ukrainian positions in the global system of producing intellectual products and models of its commercialization, as well as directions of the EU-Ukraine cooperation in intellectual sphere have been detected and assessed in the thesis.The growth of global demand for knowledge and information and forming on this basis of the new paradigm with netocracy centralization, institutionalized virtualization and creative localization of intellectual potential, altogether have changed motivational mechanisms, strategic guidelines, types, forms and subjective disposition of intellectualization of the global economic development.A consolidated model of intellectual rights protection in the EU (circular road with displaced eccentricity) has been offered based on the "intellectual European metro system"..). All the abovementioned provisions allowed to detect the procedural base of commercialization, verification and assessment of transactional costs, which are born by producers and consumers in the process of further intellectualization of the EU economy, including research, collaboration, advancement, formalization, expertise, acceptance or rejection of a new creative product and possible appeal to certain European institutionsRegulatory institutions and mechanisms also remain inadequate and require qualitative changes in the process of the real integration of Ukraine into a free trade zone with the EU.
