Gleb O. Formation of the senior pupils' ability to interpret the lyric and lyric-epic works of Ukrainian literature.

The work is theoretical and experimental research of problems of formation of the senior pupils' ability to interpret the lyric and lyric-epic works of Ukrainian literature. The study presents a theoretical analysis of the scientific literature on selected issues; describes the features of interpretations of artistic and literary works in ancient, European and Ukrainian philosophy; solved the problem of interpretation of lyric and lyric-epic works of art in the European and Ukrainian literary studies and criticism; substantiates psychological basis of reasonable interpretation of lyric and lyric-epic works of students of senior classes; highlights the essence of the basic concepts of "interpretation", "the senior pupils' ability to interpret the lyrics and lyric-epic works", substantiates scientific principles of interpretation as a psychological process considering the features of the literary text material. Developed the method of forming the senior pupils' ability to interpret the lyrics and lyric-epic works of Ukrainian literature. The experimental results confirmed the effectiveness of the proposed methods of formation of the ability to interpret the lyrics and lyric-epic works of Ukrainian literature among senior pupils.
