Samoilenko A. Global Intellectualization of the International Movement of Human Resources

Intellectualization of economic development and its global imperatives is studied, an intellectual component of the international movement of human resources is defined, forms and criterion assessment of intellectualization of the human resources international movement are grounded. The comparative assessment of the state of national economies intellectualization is done, the regulatory institutionalization of the international movement of intellectual resources is studied and the processes of intellectualization are modeled. The level and structural proportion of intellectualization of the international movement of human resources of Ukraine are estimated, the economic tools of development of Ukraine intelligent resource are determined, the state economic policy of regulation of international movement of human resources of Ukraine in the context of the global intellectualization is conceptualized.
