The structure of readiness of the future specialists in International law to their professional activity has been determined: motivational-orientation, cognitive-integrative and situational activity components, the criteria of their well-formedness and the indices have been determined. The pedagogical conditions of providing professional orientation of preparation of the future specialists in International law in the process of learning the humanities have been formulated and theoretically grounded. The model of realization of professional orientation of preparation of specialists in International law in the process of learning the humanities has been worked out.
