The state of study of the problem in pedagogical theory and practice has been analyzed and the peculiarities of professional mobility of the future agronomists have been determined. The essence of the terms "mobility", "professional mobility", "formation of professional mobility" has been revealed. The components, criteria and levels of the state of readiness of professional mobility of the future agronomists in higher agrarian educational establishments have been determined. Pedagogical conditions have been grounded and structural-functional model of forming professional mobility of the future agronomists has been worked out.
