Essay

Object of study: the processes of international scientific and technical cooperation development. Aim: deepening the theoretical and methodological grounds of the international scientific and technical cooperation study, identification of patterns of its development between the EU and the Euro-Mediterranean partnership and working out conceptual bases of improvement of scientific and technical cooperation between the EU and Palestine. Methods: methods of deduction and induction, analysis and synthesis, systematization and generalization, analogies, institutional, historical, logical, statistical and cluster analysis. Scientific novelty: classification of forms of international cooperation is developed; comprehensive approach to assessing the international scientific and technical cooperation is offered; spatial irregularity of the Euro-Mediterranean Partnership countries development is grounded on the basis of their grouping depending on levels of economic, scientific and technical growth; periodization of scientific and technical cooperation between the EU and Palestine is improved; conceptual bases of deepening scientific and technical cooperation between the EU and Palestine are grounded. The research results are implemented in practical activities of the Education and Science Department of the executive committee of Kryvyi Rih City Council, Mariupol Branch of the Donetsk Chamber of Commerce, LLC "Information Technology", LLC "Promliha", LLC "Venice Best", in the educational process of the Donetsk National University of Economics and Trade named after Mykhailo Tugan-Baranovsky. Sphere of usage: interdisciplinary.
