Bondarenko D. Formation of the adaptive preparedness of future music teachers for conductor's and choral activities

The research considers problem of formation of the adaptive preparedness of future music teachers for conductor's and choral activities where the defined phenomenon is treated as a complex integrated personal quality, characterized by a persistent professional direction for the professional implementation of pedagogic at work, positive attitude to musical and aesthetic development of students, availability of necessary professional knowledge and skills, specific practical experience for working with choirs, providing the successful creative self-expression. The criteria, indicators and the equal formation for the adaptive preparedness of future teachers of music have been developed. The methods and techniques for training the students under the guidance of a tutor which contribute to the formation of their adaptive preparedness have also been developed. The experimental approbation of the developed methodology, the efficiency of which is followed by the statistical data, has been carried out.
