The object of research is the development of the global energy market in the context of the global economic crisis. The aim of the thesis is the development of theoretical and methodological foundations of the study of the global energy market and the development of scientific and practical recommendations to ensure stable functioning of the global energy market in the context of the global economic crisis. Methods: the dialectical method of scientific knowledge, the methods of theoretical generalization, analysis, synthesis, systematization and groups, the method of statistical analysis, the comparison, the method of system analysis. Theoretical results: lie in the development of theoretical and methodological foundations of the study of the global energy market and the development of organizational and scientific foundations of the global energy market, taking into account the manifestations of the crisis in the context of globalization. Bottom line: lie in the fact that the scientific results brought to the level of specific scientific and methodological and practical recommendations for the definition of the development prospects of the global energy market in terms of overcoming the global economic crisis. Scientific novelty: for the first time: the proof of the need to create a system of global access to energy resources, based on humanitarian principles; improved: the theoretical and methodological foundations of the study of the world market; the theoretical basis of the study of world resource markets; We were further developed: organizational and economic foundations of the global energy market; Organizational-economic bases of development energoresursnoy policies of globalization.
