Object - the process of training future officers at higher educational establishments of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine; aim - to find out the influence of theoretically substantiated and experimentally tested pedagogical conditions of training future officers for educational work with the staff at higher educational establishments of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine on the level of their educative competence formation; methods - theoretical, empirical, of mathematical statistics; novelty - the research is the first to present theoretical substantiation and experimentally test the pedagogical conditions of training future officers for educational work with the staff at higher educational establishments of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine; the definition of the term "training future officers for educational work with the staff " is specified as a goal-oriented and organized process of humane moral values acquisition and acquisition by the staff of knowledge and skills of educational work with the staff, improvement of one's personal and professional qualities resulting in the formation of educational competence of law enforcement workers; modes, methods and forms of educational work with the staff in law enforcement units have undergone further study; results - the implementation of pedagogical conditions of training future officers for educational work with the staff at higher educational establishments of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine based on experimental testing is recommended for the introduction in the teaching practice. The materials of the research will be helpful for writing course, diploma and Master degree papers, to those engaged in professional development programmes of academic staff and unit leaders, for working out teaching programmes on pedagogical and psychological disciplines and compiling teaching manuals and recommendations on the educational work with the staff for academic staff, officers, cadets and Master degree students ; field - pedagogy.
