Ryndenko N. Trends of the cadets’ communication skills training in the educational institutions of the Border Guard Service of the Republic of Poland.

This thesis is devoted to the studying and the analysis of experience of the cadets’ communication skills training in educational institutions of the Polish Border Agency. Complex research of the all-European development trends of the European Union border officials' vocational training is carried out. The importance of communicative aspect of border guards' vocational training is proved and main trends of the cadets’ communication skills training in educational institutions of the Polish Border Agency are investigated. The role of foreign language training in the system of the cadets’ communication skills training in educational institutions of the Polish Border Agency is defined. The organizational features of foreign language training in educational institutions of the Polish Border Agency are investigated. Polish experience of the border guards’ communication skills training is generalized in the structural and functional model. The comparative analysis of structure, content and organization of the cadets’ communication skills training in educational institutions of the Polish Border Agency and the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine is carried out. The conducted research and the received results have enabled the formulation of methodological instructions concerning the development of the communication skills training of junior staff of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine.
