The research is devoted to the problem of formation of future psychologists' readiness for professional work in aviation industry in the process of professional training. The theoretical analysis of the problem of future psychologists' readiness for professional work in aviation industry and expediency of formation of this type of readiness in the pedagogical aspect have been done. The peculiarities of their professional activity have been revealed. The state of preparation of psychologists at higher educational establishments for professional work in aviation industry has been investigated. The notion "future psychologists' readiness for professional work in aviation industry" has been defined. The structure of future psychologists' readiness for professional work in aviation industry has been grounded. Criteria, indices and levels of this type of readiness have been formulated and characterized. The pedagogical conditions of future psychologists' readiness for professional work in aviation industry have been defined. The technology of future psychologists' readiness for professional work in aviation industry in the process of professional training has been worked out and checked out in an experimental way. The experiment has proved the effectiveness of the pedagogical conditions and the technology of formation of future psychologists' readiness for professional work in aviation industry in the process of professional training.
