Essay

.Object of study:processes of control the system of the capillary and porous materials drying process.Objective:development and improvement of methods of synthesis of fuzzy regulators to control systems drying of capillary and porous materials in the presence of non-stationary object and uncertainty management. Methods: the fundamental tenets of the theory of automatic control theory used for operational calculus development and research quality parameters of the automatic control drying capillary and porous materials; fuzzy control methods used to construct adaptive fuzzy controller. Theoretical and practical results: the development and improvement of the synthesis method of a fuzzy regulator which ensures the specified quality to control the drying of the capillary and porous materials in a convection oven of periodic action and allows creating the control systems basing on the expert knowledge. The work describes the improved method of the optimal control sensitivity analysis in a linear system with a quadratic quality criterion which allowed obtaining the control insensitivity conditions to a slightly changed parameters in a closed system. Basing on the performed analysis the thesis shows the necessity to perform a joint research of the optimized functionality sensitivity and the sensitivity of the optimal movementtrajectory.The thesis offers a simple synthesis algorithm of the fuzzy and logical regulator which provides the ability to use a standard format describing the linguistic variables and a minimum set of the operating rules. The regulators built on the basis of fuzzy logic in some cases are capable to provide higher quality rates of the transition processes in comparison with classic regulators. Using the synthesis methods of fuzzy control algorithms, it is possible to optimize the difficult control loops omitting mathematical model specification. Degree of implementation: the results of the work used in the drying process of the modernization of the control system in the chamber at the enterprise "Complex - Plus" (Kharkiv) to create a dryer control system of capillary and porous materials and setting of adaptive fuzzy controllers. The main provisions of the thesis are used in the educational process at the department of automation and control in technical systems NTU "KPI" with the degree designing and teaching courses "Theory of automatic control", "Modern problems and methods of mathematical and computer modeling."Scope: enterprises engaged in the creation and implementation of management systems for the chemical and wood industries of Ukraine, educational process.
