Essay

The technology and prevention of biogeometric posture profile violation among students in the process of physical education that has a strong preventive and wellness orientation was proved on the basis of ascertaining experiment. The distinctive features of the proposed technology lies in the individual approach of early detection of disorders of posture in the frontal and sagittal planes and taking into account the individual characteristics of physical state of body. The technology consists of three stages - preparatory stage, primary stage, supporting stage including ten model classes and twelve systems of exercise, the use of which involves the formation of a correct spatial organization of students' bodies.
