Odnorog S. Diagnostics and medical tactic at the trophic ulcers of lower extremities for patients with varicose illness of veins and diabetes mellitus

The dissertation is devoted to the problem of improvement of holiatry results of patients with varicose illness complicated trophic ulcers at concomitant diabetes mellitus of II type due to introduction of innovation diagnostically-curative algorithm and to application of the newest miniinvasive diagnostically-curative methods. The features of varicose illness course from diabetes mellitus II type were studied, that influence on the results of treatment and need a correction. The use of complex nosotropic therapy that allows to decrease bacterial contamination of the trophic ulcers area in (5.6 ± 2.1) times offers, to improve a blood supply and increase speed of by volume blood stream - on (44.2 ± 3.1)% for patients without diabetes mellitus II type and for patients from diabetes mellitus II type on (73.5 ± 4.2)%, that allowed to improve reparation processes and prepare a patients to surgical intervention. Worked out method of surgical treatment, that consists in realization of crosectomia with layer electrocoagulation and clip of venous inflows with next catheter foamy scleroobliteration and punction echoscleroobliteration of perforate vein is let in on the ground above standarts the combined phlebectomy that is characterized the improvement of both direct and remote results of treatment, and also reduction of postoperative treatment duration from (9 ± 1.4) to (2.3 ± 1.2) days.
