Essay

The work is devoted to improve the results of surgical treatment of patients with chronic lower limb critical ischemia. In the patients with artery occlusion of common hip and shin holding multislince spiral computed angiography in arterial and venous phases provides information with certainty 89,8±2,9% of the suitability of the great saphenous vein for distal bypass. High levels of susceptibility to platelet aggregation in patients with chronic critical limb ischemia with enhanced performance distal bypass surgery. Intraoperative use of arginine hydrochloride solution as part donator of nitric oxide reduces the risk of thrombotic complications in the early postoperative period. Improve the distal effects of autologous reconstructions can decrease trauma fence and prepare great saphenous vein through the use dezobliterator ring and holding its pharmacological dilatation. Application alloplastyc material will give better results when combined prosthesis formation to form which can be used dezobliterated segment of the superficial femoral artery. Within 5 years after femoropopliteal bypass determinant of success on the duration of the operation is the type of material implanted prosthesis. At the same time stated statistically significant benefits of long-term use of an anticoagulant / antiplatelet drug on terrain performance reconstruction zone.
