Moiseieva L. Forming of creative potential of future concertmasters in training process in musical high school

This dissertation is devoted to the actual problem of modern training in the area of forming of future concertmasters’ creative potential. Analysing the scientific literature we’re discovering essential and intentional characteristics of the conception “concertmaster’s creative potential”. During the researching of creative potential we’ve defined such components as: personal-creative, professional, communicative. On the base of analysis and outstanding pedagogues-musicians we’ve defined the necessary conditions to form the creative potential of future concertmasters. During the experimental research the model of forming of creative potential was developed. We showed different types of trainings, which are directed to the professional developing of concertmasters' skills.
