Essay

The object is the process of training future officers of the Ukrainian Emergency Ministry; the goal is to identify the impact of theoretically grounded and experimentally tested pedagogical conditions on the readiness of future officers of the Ukrainian Emergency Ministry for professional activity; the methods are the following: analysis, comparison, synthesis, modeling, questionnaire, survey, interview, expert assessment, testing, observation, monitoring, introspection, pedagogical experiment, mathematical statistics; the novelty is theoretically grounded for the first time and experimentally tested effectiveness of pedagogical conditions of formation of readiness of future officers of the Ukrainian Emergency Ministry for professional activity; the concept of "readiness of future officers of the Ukrainian Emergency Ministry for professional activity" has been specified; the means of information technology application in various types of training focused on the development of creative potential of future officers has got further development; as a result a special course "The formation of readiness of future officers of the Ukrainian Emergency Ministry for professional activity" in the direction "Fire safety" has been introduced in the educational process of National University of Civil Defence of Ukraine (Kharkiv) by the author, practical achievements outlined in the thesis can be used by scientists, educators, trainers in teaching such disciplines as "Fundamentals of Pedagogy and Psychology", "Information Technologies", "Fire Tactics", "Organization of service and training", "Moto-vehicle Training", "Engineering and computer graphics", "Fire and rescue equipment", "Automated management system and intercommunication in fire prevention", "Fire and industrial automation", "Fire prevention", etc. in Ukrainian Emergency Ministry higher educational establishments; the scientific branch is education.
