The dissertation is devoted to the treatment of victims of damage to the spleen combined with a blunt abdominal injury. In the study group the prognosis for life was "favorable" and the likely mortality rate of 10% in 32.4% of patients, "doubtful" and likely mortality rate of 10 to 50% - to 43.1% "unfavorable" and the likely mortality rate of more than 50% - in 24.5%. This survey was carried out in "full", "reduced" and "minimum" amount accordingly. Depending on the severity of the injury and the prognosis survey was carried out in "full", "reduced" and "minimum" amount. Depending on the severity of the injury and the extent of damage the spleen classification AAST determined amount of surgery on the spleen organ and the ability to perform transactions using argon plazma coagulation, electric welding, stitching spleen and combinations thereof. The use of differentiated surgical tactics in victims of splenic injury in blunt combined trauma increased the number of organ-preserving operations from 4.8% to 42.2%, reduce the number of patients with abdominal complications from 27.8% to 17.6%, the overall mortality rate of 34, 1% to 25.5%.
