Kozachenko R. International Technology Transfer in Competitive Development of the Countries

The dissertation is devoted to complex research of theoretical and practical issues related to international technology transfer processes as a factor of competitive development of the national economies in the terms of technological globalization. The main globalization factors of international technology market development have been analyzed and the role of international technology transfer in competitive development of national economies has been grounded. Special attention has been paid to complex research of Japan's national priorities in international cooperation in the context of evolution of their motivational purposes. The competitive advantages of Japan's state policy in the field of international technology transfer, the mechanisms and effectiveness of tax incentives have been analyzed. Considerable attention has been devoted to research of corporate strategies of scientific and technological exchange of Japanese TNC as well as to investigation of the place of them in the international technology transfer. The forms and tools of Japanese inclusion into implementation of the regional innovation projects have been identified. The dissertation contains results of the author's research in the field of adaptation of the Japanese experience in implementing effective technology transfer policy of Ukraine.
