Essay

In the thesis the theoretical, methodological and organizational-methodological research of the problem of future Music teachers' professional self-realization on acmeological principles. Based on the analysis of theoretical assumptions of the investigated problem, it summarizes the scientific approaches of domestic and foreign authors concerning interpretation of the phenomenon of "self-realization," it expands and concretizes the conceptual and categorical apparatus, it defines the component structure and the acme factor and mechanisms of professional self-realization of the future teacher of music. From the standpoint of heritage of the acmeological and psycho-pedagogical sciences, and of the personal teaching experience it grounds organizational and pedagogical conditions, which enable positive dynamics for training future teachers of music, for their professional self-realization, including: acmeological-humanistic software that provides with educational and practical content along with a system of vocational tasks and problematic situations; stimulation for the creative, personal and professional self-improvement of the future professionals, with tools that integrate the content of professional disciplines; software that provides with reflective-evaluative experiences. The separation of these organizational and pedagogical conditions is determined by the features of humanization of modern higher musical educational school, along with the nature and content of training future teachers of music.
