Dynko V. Organizational and pedagogic conditions for preparation of qualified workers on repairing auto transport equipment at professional vocational educational institutions

Organizational and pedagogic conditions of professional education of future qualified workers of auto service as sufficient and necessary for providing the quality of such preparation have been justified. In connection with this, the content and peculiarities of competency-oriented technology of professional preparation of the learners at Politechnic Educational Institution for the professional activities in the industry have been examined, the model of the partners' interconnection: "The market of repairing auto transport equipment - PTEI (professional technical educational institution) - the future qualified worker on repairing auto transport equipment" has been designed and the efficacy of the implementation of the innovative style of activities, worked out a project technology for studying professionally oriented subjects of future qualified workers on repairing auto transport equipment, made methodical educational ways of prepairing qualified workers who repair transport equipment, educational achievement of future workers, the readiness of future qualified workers on repairing auto transport equipment for professional activities.
